• Fall/Winter/Spring Rates (November 1 - May 22): $180 to $240
• Summer Rates (Memorial Day Weekend; May 23 - October 31) $195 to $275
• Two Night Minimum required from May 1st to October 1st.
• $25 extra per night for 3rd person in the room.
• Romantic Getaway Package Special $340 per night (plus tax)
• Please call for special mid-week business rates.
• Rates can change without notice.
• Sales and hotel taxes total 9.38%
• All rates are quoted for single or double occupancy and include candlelight, full breakfast daily and afternoon snacks and always something special. Come down for early coffee or tea in the morning.
  
• All the suites have robes to enjoy.
• We only except checks, money orders and cash.

General Information:

• Arrival
  Check-in time is 3:00 to 5:00 p.m.
  Alternate times can be accommodated by prior arrangement.

• Departure
  Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Please check with us if you would like an exception to this policy.

• Breakfast is served from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m. in the morning.

• Deposit and Cancellation Policy
  Reservations require a 50% deposit, or full payment of a one night stay, which is charged at the time reservation is made.
  If you must cancel your reservation at least 7 days prior to your arrival date, we will refund your deposit less a 10% cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation within 7 days of your arrival date, the room must be resold in order for deposit refunds to be issued, less 10% cancellation fee. Reservations are kept until 7:00 in the evening on date of arrival, unless arrangement are made with innkeeper.

• Smoking
  Smoking is very restricted to outside garden area.

• Pets
  We regret that we cannot accommodate pets. We will work with you to find housing at nearby kennels with advance notice.

• Pool
  The swimming pool is open seasonally. It is unsupervised, therefore use is at your own risk. Adults must accompany children at all times. There is no swimming after dark.

• Children
  Children over the age of 12 years are welcome.
